PayPal needed to drive increased customer usage of PayPal in stores. Not only did this require a significant bump in awareness, it also meant providing training and support for store employees to ensure that transactions were processed correctly. It was a big job, and we tackled it with enthusiasm.

Thanks to this campaign, PayPal was able to roll out or update its in-store payment system at thousands of merchant locations, and more people are now paying with PayPal in stores than ever before.
