This position has the ability to be located in either our Chicago or New York offices.

Responsibilities

The Digital Campaign Manager will own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and collaborate with the planning lead for strategic planning. The right person for this role will have impeccable interpersonal and client management skills as there will be frequent direct communication with the client across their portfolio. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Campaign Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in his/her portfolio.  In addition to execution, a day in the life will consist of training your peers and junior staff on best practices, platform knowledge.

For new business opportunities, you will be empowered to help craft RFPs, co-develop pitch materials, present cutting-edge thinking directly to new client prospects and drive organic client growth, among other responsibilities that will help grow this agency to its full potential.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Integrated Media Planning, campaign management or buying Experience in at least 2 channels, including SEM, Programmatic or Social; bonus points for experience with SEO, Email or Offline media.
  • Experience working in a full-service agency and/or agency integration.
  • Strong client and project management skills.
  • Excellent strategic and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of media strategy development and optimization.
  • Self starter and self sufficient.
  • Inclusive leadership skills.
  • Ability to participate in high performance teams.
  • Exceptional relationship builder both internal and external.
  • Ability to manage own workload and understand dependencies amongst other groups.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfort working with remote teams.
  • Stout ethics and moral compass.
